During the final two months of that six-month period before it elapses, (or during the six-month “thinking” period that follows), you may instead choose to RENEW your exclusion before it finally expires and is automatically removed.
To extend, renew or otherwise manage your self-exclusion yourself, you simply need to create a personal account. You can either do this at the time of enrolment (which is the simplest and quickest way to do so) or clicking button on this page. You can this at any time after you have enrolled, as long as your self- exclusion has not expired and been auto-removed.
(Please refer to our Terms & Conditions if you enrolled onto SENSE before December 16th 2024, as different conditions apply to Auto Removal).
To set up an account after enrolment, you will need your SENSE Access Key code that was included in your enrolment confirmation email. If you do not have this to hand, you can otherwise request your Access Key at the start of the account creation process, and it will be sent to the email address that you originally used to enrol. If you no longer use that address, please contact info@sensescheme.com for assistance.
Once you have set up an account, you can then access it at any time by clicking the “log-in” boxin the title bar of this website or by simply opening the SENSE App if you have downloaded it.
Your self-exclusion and online account will otherwise be auto-removed and deleted as and when your exclusion finally expires at the end of the six month “thinking” period, if you have neither renewed or removed yourself from SENSE before that date.
