HOW TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM SENSE

Once enrolled onto SENSE, your self-exclusion will remain in place for a minimum requested period of SIX MONTHS, unless you choose to extend it (up to a maximum period of 12 months from your enrolment date) or otherwise renew your exclusion before it expires. You cannot remove yourself from SENSE under any circumstances until your minimum requested / extended period has elapsed.

Once it has elapsed, your self-exclusion will remain in place for a further six months "thinking" period, during which time you may either renew it or ask to be removed.  Please use the button at the bottom of this page if you wish to renew your exclusion.

To remove yourself from SENSE  you will need to visit a casino in person and ask to speak to a casino manager. They will take you through the removal process and ask you to sign a digital removal form to confirm your request. SENSE cannot accept removal requests centrally by email.

Once you have completed the removal process at a casino, it is a regulatory requirement that you cannot then enter a casino premises to play for a further 24 hours. Please also be aware that it is entirely at the discretion of each casino operator whether or not they subsequently allow you to enter or gamble on their premises, subject to their own internal controls and procedures.

If you enrolled for a longer extension period than one year under previous Terms and Conditions prior to December 16th 2024, please be aware that this requested period still applies and you similarly cannot remove yourself until it has fully elapsed under any circumstances.

If you do not ask to be removed (or otherwise renew) your self-exclusion by the end of the six month  "thinking" period, it will expire and you will then be automatically removed and your record deleted. You may re-enrol at any time thereafter.

(Please read our Terms and Conditions if you enrolled onto SENSE before December 16th 2024, as different conditions apply to Auto Removal).
