Before enrolling onto SENSE, please ensure that you have read and understood the SENSE Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which explain exactly how SENSE works and how we look after your personal data. These documents can be accessed from the blue buttons below. The SENSE enrolment process requires positive confirmation that you accept and agree to the T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
Please be particularly aware of the following key conditions:
- SENSE self-exclusion applies to EVERY casino venue in Great Britain. A list of participating casinos can be found using the button below. (Please do not confuse casinos with some High Street machine arcades ("AGCs"), that often use the term ‘casino’ on signage outside their premises. These AGCs are instead covered by their own self-exclusion scheme. You can find contact details via the “Help, support & other sector schemes” buLon below.
- The minimum requested period of exclusion on SENSE is six-months, or you can otherwise extend up to a maximum of one year. You can renew your exclusion whenever it falls due, if you require a longer period.
- You cannot remove yourself from SENSE under any circumstances until your minimum requested or extended exclusion period has elapsed. If you do not then choose to either remove or renew your exclusion during the six-month “thinking” period that follows, it will be automatically removed after that period.
- For data protection reasons, enrolments can ONLY be accepted from the named applicant themselves and cannot be accepted from third parties (such as a relative or friend). Please use the “Help & Support” button below if you are a concerned relative or friend and need specific help, information and services to assist you.
Whilst completing the self-enrolment process, (or if you are already enrolled), we recommend that you also set up a personal online account to more easily manage, extend or renew your self-exclusion. You can otherwise set up an account later, provided your exclusion period is still running. Use either of the buttons at the top or bottom of this page to create or access your account.

SELF-ENROLMENT ONLINE
You can now enrol onto SENSE directly from a phone, tablet or PC by simply clicking on this button to access our secure online registration portal ("Tuki") and / or enrolment app. If you are already enrolled, we recommend that you also create a personal online account to more easily manage, extend and renew your self-exclusion at any point in the future whilst your exclusion period is still running.

REGISTER IN PERSON AT A CASINO
Alternatively, you can register in person at any participating casino, where a manager will help you complete a digital application form. You do not need to enter the casino’s gaming areas to do this and may instead simply ask to speak to a manager on arrival.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO ENROL ONLINE
If you enrol from this website, you will need to provide a head and shoulders photograph (either taken directly into the SENSE app (see below) or by otherwise uploading a digital ‘selfie’). You will also need a photo of a suitable government issued photo-ID document t, such as a Drivers Licence or Passport. (Note - copies of any ID documents provided will be deleted from our records once used to confirm your identify and personal details).
Photos can be uploaded from your device in a JPEG format. However, you may instead find it more convenient to enrol by first downloading the secure App version of our self-enrolment portal. You can do this from either the Apple Store or Google Play using the links on enrolment screen via the red button. Having downloaded the app, your selfie image and ID document photo can then be taken directly into your enrolment application.
You may also need to provide an ID document when enrolling via a casino in person, if you are not already known to that operator (e.g. as an existing member etc) or they otherwise need to confirm your identity.
